These Terms of Service govern use of OldRestore Studio during early access, including photo rights, AI-generated restoration results, credits, and support.
Using the service
OldRestore Studio provides an online workflow for uploading old photos, generating restoration results, comparing versions, and saving outputs to account records.
Photo rights
You may upload only photos that you own or are authorized to restore. You are responsible for confirming that your use of uploaded images is lawful and permitted.
AI-generated results
Restoration results are generated by AI and may contain mistakes, inferred details, or visual differences from the original. You decide whether a result is suitable to save, download, print, or share.
Credits and early access
New accounts may receive trial credits. Additional credits are currently handled through support while payment is not fully open. Credit rules may change as the service evolves.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to upload illegal content, violate third-party rights, impersonate others, attack the service, or attempt to bypass account, credit, or security controls.
Availability and changes
OldRestore Studio is in early access. Features, limits, credit rules, providers, and restoration behavior may change as the product is improved.
